Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Principal serves as the instructional leader and chief administrator of the site, responsible for advancing student achievement, supporting staff development, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with strong operational leadership and a visible, engaged presence on campus.

• Master’s degree in education, public administration, or related field.
• Valid California Administrative Services Credential Required.
• Single Subject, Multiple Subject, Education Specialist with ELA and/or Pupil Personnel Credential.
• Minimum five (5) years successful teaching experience as a classroom teacher in a public-school setting, preferably in a high school setting, with increasing responsibilities at the site level.
